1jee Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 1jee ("1jee", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://1jee.bet. This Agreement governs all use of the 1jee platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL wagering, live casino games, baccarat, table tennis betting, slot games, and all related services and features.

By accessing the 1jee platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the 1jee platform and should close your account immediately.

To register and maintain an active account on 1jee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1jee strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any local jurisdiction.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law where participation would expose you or 1jee to criminal liability.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 1jee or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such persons.
• You must not have previously had a 1jee account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent activity.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 1jee platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

When registering your 1jee account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jee account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1jee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 1jee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 1jee reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.
• Accepted KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or government-issued driving licence.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 1jee platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1jee supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 1jee cashier section and are subject to change.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account or mobile wallet that has been confirmed as belonging to the registered account holder. 1jee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before first processing.
• 1jee reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to verification requirements.
• 1jee does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using fraudulent payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

All bets placed on the 1jee platform — including cricket betting, PSL markets, table tennis, live casino, baccarat, and slot games — are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game or event, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Product-specific rules are available within each product section of the platform.

1jee reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were published in error, whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's 1jee balance. 1jee also reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any user at its sole discretion.

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the 1jee system and a bet reference number is generated.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where an in-play cash-out option is available.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 1jee's decision — based on official results from recognised governing bodies — shall be final.
• 1jee uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all non-live casino games to ensure fair outcomes.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel) operated by licensed studio dealers under regulatory oversight.

1jee periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to registered users. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, which shall form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• All bonus funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and validity periods are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 1jee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not affect bets already accepted under the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting game weightings, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• 1jee reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit to winnings derived from bonus funds, as specified in each promotion's terms.

1jee is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible free of charge from within your 1jee account settings.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure reminders that notify you of the duration of your active gaming sessions.
• Cool-Down Periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the 1jee platform. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality Checks: The platform provides periodic notifications reminding you of your net session position and time spent playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1jee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of any illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a third party's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 1jee platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or navigating the interface.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, pricing errors, or any other platform vulnerabilities — whether intentionally or unintentionally — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of sporting events on which bets have been placed.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or financial information at any stage of the account registration or verification process.
• Transferring funds between 1jee accounts or facilitating such transfers on behalf of third parties.

All content on the 1jee platform — including but not limited to the 1jee brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and code, graphics, game assets, written content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1jee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1jee platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 1jee content without explicit prior written consent from 1jee.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jee, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 1jee platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — even if 1jee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1jee's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 1jee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1jee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the 1jee Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, personalise your experience, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

1jee implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and strict internal access controls. You may close your 1jee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified payment method.

1jee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

• In cases of account closure due to breach of these terms, 1jee reserves the right to void and forfeit all account balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds.
• 1jee reserves the right to retain account data for the period required under applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping regulations, even after account closure.

This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1jee holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact 1jee's customer support team to allow 1jee a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter internally. 1jee aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
